Thomas Fuchsman, Chief Executive Officer of Towerline Group, is a leading authority on financing all forms of commercial real estate.
He has closed $24 billion of commercial real estate financing transactions in his career across a broad range of geographies and property types, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hotel, condominium, storage, land, parking, data center, healthcare, gaming, student housing, single family rental and special use real estate. His experience encompasses the full life cycle of real estate development, including land, construction, bridge and permanent financings.
Mr. Fuchsman is also a specialist in financing energy efficiency and emissions-reducing improvements to real estate, including for new construction.
Prior to Towerline Group, Mr. Fuchsman served as a senior originator in J.P. Morgan’s Corporate and Investment Bank, responsible for the origination of commercial real estate debt nationwide. Before his tenure at J.P. Morgan, Mr. Fuchsman held a similar role at Bear Stearns.
Mr. Fuchsman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University.
Solomon Birnbaum serves as President of Towerline Group. He is responsible for the firm’s strategy, standards, business development and execution.
Mr. Birnbaum began his career at J.P. Morgan, where he worked on two teams: the balance sheet lending arm of the Corporate and Investment Bank focused on large construction loans, and the commercial real estate repo facilities. In his capacity as the lead analyst overseeing a total of $5 billion of J.P. Morgan’s commercial real estate repo lines, Mr. Birnbaum was the primary contact for many of the largest real estate debt funds in the world, specifically focused on on-boarding and off-boarding of assets for the funds’ repo lines.
After J.P. Morgan, Mr. Birnbaum joined Dwight Capital, one of the fastest-growing multifamily lenders in the United States. At Dwight Capital, Mr. Birnbaum originated ground-up construction, bridge and permanent loans for multifamily and healthcare properties nationwide.
Mr. Birnbaum earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.

If any part of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
